This video has gone viral in a BIG way and is currenly approaching 6 million views and climbing. Nattliv, a Swedish television host suddenly vomits on live television and then explains that it's due to 'painful menstruation". She then supposedly carries on with the show for another two hours without a break. What a trooper. She has since become the internet hero of the moment. Somethimes it's the smallest things that go viral in a big way. The Spider Pig song from The Simpsons Movie is something that just gets stuck in your brain because it's so stupid it's funny. Its use in the trailer probably earnt them another 40 million in ticket sales. And it's really not that funny.

 This is an example of an interesting concept that just wouldn't have been possible a couple of years ago.  They've simply mapped Gene Kelly's face onto a modern dancer and recreated the set for the famous 'Singing In the Rain' dance sequence.  I still think it looks a little stiff and forced but with technology moving as fast as it does they could probably redo it twice as good now.

 A gorgeous CG animated short about the doomed love between two mechanical snails. Dark, cold and still emotional, this short movie won Jury Honors at Siggraph 2006 and the Golden Nica at Prix Ars Electronica 2006.
