Finally someone brings the ultra serious '300 ' down to size and points out the homo-erotic nature of the film. 300 - it's got more bulging abs per second of celluloid than any film before it. Well, except maybe 'Pumping Iron' with Governor Schwarzenegger .
The first film was a cracking yarn. The second one was twice as big and half as entertaining. But when you are making this sort of box office then you just have to come back for a third bite of the apple. Let's hope 'Pirates of the Caribbean : At World's End' is a lot more steak and a lot less sizzle.
If there was such a thing as a cute-o-meter and someone started aiming it in the direction of this baby polar bear, you just know that it would go up to ELEVEN. The only things cuter than this bear are newborn babies and sweet little puppies. And of course, newborn babies riding sweet little puppies.
This vid shows us that even the youngest among us can play a Wii. And this kid seems to have more hand eye control than those people chucking the controler into the TV...
What if the Beatles and little girls were the only ones left in this world that weren't zombies? This vid shows us that it would be a scary, rockin' world.
As soon as you hear the theme music, you know you just want to jump in that van and start helping people. Here Peter Griffin shows us just what it takes to be syndicated 80's action heroes. This is funny, but not as funny as Peter's take on 'The Godfather' .
Here's a mashup of official NASA animations with a new soundtrack. If you like good CGI and a bit of ethereal keyboard then this is just for you. When I watch this it just makes me feel small .
This is a video from the vaults. Classic anti-piracy propaganda from the 80's. It has everything you could want - bad fashion, bad rapping and big hair. If this was how they fought piracy back then, it's no wonder that bittorrent is doing so well for itself now. L-A-M-E.
This vid made me smile. Johnny Bagpipes plays the bagpipes (duh). But not only does he play them and play them well, he plays modern "classics" from bands like AD/DC. That is some skill right there.
