Here's one of the better video mashups for the song, 'RE:Your Brains' by Jonathan Coultan . Jonathan is rather unique amongst a lot of musicians in that he releases his songs under the Creative Commons license and encourages mashups. This first video takes elements from 'Thriller', 'Shaun of the Dead' and more.
In case you've never heard of Jonathan Coulton before, here he is singing 'RE:Your Brains' in concert. I think he has a good relaxed feel to his shows and also encourages video of his concerts by fans.
This is an absolutely fantastic cover of Sir Mix-a-lot's 'Baby Got Back' which I have included for no other reason than it's great.
