This is a commercial for the Nissan X-Trail 4WD. It uses a stereotype of Canada's Newfoundland accent to make a point. Of course, people from Newfoundland probably don't see the joke.

The above commercial was so popular in Canada that one of their skit comedy shows made fun of it in the following TV spot.
