This is one of those videos that makes you want to just get your hands dirty and get back to the essence of food. I don't know about you but I seem to eat way too much takeaway food and miss real unprocessed ingredients. But convenience rules our lives so we go with the easiest and quickest things. It's a shame because this pasta looks really good.
