With environmental issues taking centre stage at the moment it may be time to think about the energy it takes to grow, transport and process your food. Of course the one totally unsuprising thing in this video is that cereal has very little nutrition in it, despite what Kellogs would have you believe. I do like Fruit Loops though. Hmmmm...Fruity, sugar, cereal...
